1.Specialist teaching school: WMAA schools are specialist teaching schools lead by one of Australia’s most senior martial arts instructors, Grandmaster Terence Walsh, 8th Dan Black Belt (Korea). 2.Custodians of the traditional martial art: WMAA schools teach Tae Kwon Do as a traditional, self-defence oriented martial art. Every WMAA student is systematically trained in all aspects of Tae Kwon Do, including blocks, strikes, kicks, poomsae (traditional forms), defence against single and multiple attackers, defence against common weapons, manipulation of joints, vital points and pressure points, and oriental philosophy. We do not teach the commercialised sport version of Tae Kwon Do.
