We are a small camp that cater for solely Muay Thai (kick Boxing) only.
We are a fully equipped studio that have a great timetable which incorporates:
- Muay Thai
- Kickboxing
- Thai-Fit
- Tabata
- Core Strengthening
- Body Conditioning
We do classes for people that wish to train in small groups of no more than 20 people instead of 30+ per group. So you learn at an accelerated rate.
We have Muay Thai Classes of all levels 6 days a week which includes:
- Kids
- Women Only
- Mixed
- Beginners
- Intermediate
- Advanced
- Fighter
- One on One
