I was referred by another student after studying Karate for 3 years.
I was hesitant at first during the trial lesson as I had seen how tough the training can be, however I was put at ease when I realised that I was expected to perform at the level of the other students.
The teaching style is one of nurturing and discipline, whilst also being fun so would definitely recommend to families as they tailor each age group.
They don't teach fighting but also how to avoid confrontation and be a better person. I have grown as a person in the short time I have been attending
