As a practicing karate-ka at Yoseikan Ryu NSW and instructor, i have had the pleasure to train with some of the most impressive instructors and students that represented Australia and NSW in national and international competitions. Coming with experience from 4 different martial arts schools (Karate, Kung Fu, Ju-Jitsu and Tae Kwon Do) i cannot praise Yoseikan-Ryu enough.
Having this experience and exposure has really pushed me to my limits, you realise at this point what you are capable of and how much you can learn about yourself - it is quite an experience!
Recently we participated in K-Day 2012 in Circular Quay Sydney, Australia - an international movement - to promote Karate's bid to the 2020 Olympic Games. Having many students at this international level moves boundaries for students aspiring to one day represent their country at the highest level of competition in our lives.
