Zone Martial Arts
Zone Martial Arts is a welcoming, family-focused martial arts school in the Sutherland Shire, offering training for kids, teens and adults of all experience levels. With experienced instructors, a supportive atmosphere and programs designed to build confidence, fitness, discipline and practical self-defence skills, Zone provides a place where beginners through to experienced martial artists can learn, challenge themselves and become part of a positive community.
Training combines traditional and modern martial arts, including Taekyun, Taekwondo, Haidong Gumdo, Krav Maga, MMA, Hopaesool and weapons training. Younger students can begin with the Little Dragons and Little Warriors programs before progressing into broader martial arts training. From Korean swordsmanship and traditional striking and movement to practical self-defence, grappling and MMA, Zone Martial Arts gives students the opportunity to explore multiple styles and develop well-rounded martial arts skills.

Programs & Class Schedule
Zone Martial Arts offers martial arts programs for kids, teens and adults, from beginners through to experienced students. Programs include Little Dragons (ages 2–6), Little Warriors, Taekyun, Taekwondo, MMA, Krav Maga, Haidong Gumdo (Korean sword martial arts), Hopaesool and weapons training. Classes focus on confidence, fitness, practical self-defence, discipline and martial arts skills in a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
