The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at activ8 Martial Arts:
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY
BJC Kidz Kara-te: 6.05PM - 6.55PM (5-13 year olds)
Zen Do Kai: 7.00PM - 8.00PM (ages 14 and up)
BJJ Grappling (ground fighting) is now offered on Wednesday nights at 8pm straight after the adults class. At the moment it is only open to activ8 members as a supplement to their training.
