Great family fitness self defense

We are a family of 3, we love being able to do an activity with our son.
The instructors are fantastic with each and every student, they are encouraging, supportive and passionate.
Yong-gi is a friendly and safe environment to train.
We would encourage everyone to take up Taekwondo Self defense classes.
Our thoughts are it's better To Know what to do and not ever need it, rather than to Not Know and to need it.
In today's world.
