Fit-For-It Taekwondo located in Oxley Vale, Tamworth teaching Traditional Taekwondo and Modern Olympic Sport Taekwondo.

Fit-For-It Taekwondo is a registered member of Australian Taekwondo, the only Taekwondo school registered in the Tamworth Region. Belonging to an Australian Taekwondo Registered school is very important for students with aspirations for representing Australia in the Commonwealth and Olympic Games.

Classes taught by Head Instructor David Jackson with over 35 years experience and his son Sean with 14 years experience.

* Tiny Taeks 5:00 - 5:30 pm (4 to 6 year olds)
* Juniors 5:30 - 6:30 pm (Infant and Primary Aged)
* Seniors 6:30 - 8:00 pm (Teenage and Adults)
