Zone Martial Arts
Zone Martial Arts is a Sutherland Shire Martial Arts teaching traditional Taekwondo (WTF), Haidong Gumdo (Korean sword martial art) located at Taren Point.
We believe that martial arts are for everyone, regardless of age, gender or current fitness level and have programs for fun, fitness and self defence. We teach students skills that develop strong mindsets alongside strong bodies to tackle all the obstacles they will face in life whether physical or mental and empower them to defend themselves if required.

Programs & Class Schedule
Lil Dragons
The Little Dragons program runs for kids aged 4-6 years and are designed to teach kids confidence, focus, co-ordination, fitness, basic motion skills and hand eye co-ordination. It’s a fun filled high energy class.
Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a martial art not just for fighting or self-defence, but one that aims to develop essential qualities of self-control, will power and determination alongside humility, loyalty, and respect, while also improving fitness, flexibility and coordination.
Haidong Gumdo
Haidong Gumdo is an elegant and powerful ancient Korean Sword Martial Art. It’s more physically demanding than it looks; it builds great physical, mental and emotional strength.
